We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
